Just drive, and we’ll take care of the rest! How about a homemade syrup in the garden overlooking the surrounding hills and countryside? Savor the start of your holiday while we harvest the vegetables from the garden that will grace your dinner plates. 

Our ingredients are organic, local, seasonal, and carefully selected. Our menus are created based on the harvest and blend French cuisine with international flavors.

The greenhouse is overflowing with tomatoes, which you’ll find in carpaccio, stuffed tomatoes, or in a sauce coating meatballs. Kale is roasted to a crispy finish, and marigold flowers add color to leeks with hazelnuts and raspberry vinegar.

Zucchini are wrapped in walnuts and coriander, reminiscent of our trip to Georgia, in julienne strips with lemon to accompany Japanese gyozas with Charolais beef, or melt under fish en papillote with a wild garlic mayonnaise from the nearby forest. Beef Bourguignon, veal blanquette, pumpkin and combawa soup, lamb tagine, chestnut biscuit, cherries in Cointreau, mirabelle plums in syrup, bergamot cheesecake…

Take a seat in the cozy atmosphere of the veranda or the warmth of the living room fireplace, depending on the season. You’ll meet other travelers and spend this evening enjoying the pleasures of meeting new people, indulging in delicious food, and sharing good times. Enjoy your meal
